The Richard Siegel Foundation is a not for profit and is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, literary and scientific purposes to improve the overall quality of public education in the City of Murfreesboro and Rutherford County. The goal of increasing community involvement in public education. encouraging imaginative and create approaches to educating public school students, stimulating optimism in teacher s and inspiration in students, generating energy and enthusiasm within the community in support of the public schools.
